　　为不断精进教师专业素养，积极拥抱教育创新变革，我校 2026 年暑期校本培训开展教学基本功专项培训。本次培训设置粉笔字实训、人工智能赋能教学设计两大板块，助力教师夯实传统教学功底，提升数字化教学实践能力。

　　With a view to continuously enhancing teachers’ professional competence and actively embracing innovation and reform in education, our school is organising a specialised training programme on teaching fundamentals as part of our 2026 summer school-based training programme. This training comprises two main modules: practical training in chalkboard writing and AI-enhanced instructional design, designed to help teachers consolidate their traditional teaching skills and enhance their practical abilities in digital teaching.

　　教学基本功校本培训活动

　　粉笔字专项培训由我校语文组老师主讲，聚焦板书书写素养与课堂板书展示能力。培训中，主讲教师细致讲解粉笔字核心书写要领，从握笔姿势、运笔力度、笔画结构到版面布局逐一示范，纠正日常书写误区。实训环节，全体教师以 “和” 字为重点开展粉笔字练习，反复打磨笔画顿挫与字形结构，感受汉字独有的书写韵味。随后，老师们提笔静心书写硬笔古诗作品，一笔一画工整规范，尽显扎实的书写功底与严谨的治学态度。

　　The specialised training on chalkboard handwriting was led by teachers from our school’s Chinese Language Department, focusing on the skills required for writing on the blackboard and the ability to present classroom notes effectively. During the training, the lead instructor provided a detailed explanation of the core principles of chalkboard handwriting, demonstrating each aspect—from pen grip and pressure control to stroke structure and layout—and correcting common mistakes in everyday writing. During the practical session, all teachers practised chalkboard calligraphy with a focus on the character ‘和’ (he), repeatedly refining the rhythm and structure of the strokes to appreciate the unique charm of Chinese character writing. Subsequently, the teachers calmly took up their pens to write classical poetry in fountain pen calligraphy; each stroke was neat and precise, fully demonstrating their solid calligraphic skills and rigorous academic approach.

　　数字化教学板块由我校骆老师主讲。培训聚焦智能体设计，结合教学实例开展案例分享，并设置现场实操互动，引导教师探索 AI 和教学设计的结合点，拓宽教学创新思路。教师们围绕教学场景踊跃交流，结合自身授课经验展开热烈探讨，在动手实操中碰撞出不少全新的教学灵感。

　　The digital teaching session was led by Mr. Luo from our school. The training focused on intelligent agent design, featuring case studies based on real-life teaching examples, as well as interactive hands-on activities. It guided teachers in exploring the intersection of AI and instructional design, thereby broadening their perspectives on teaching innovation. Teachers engaged enthusiastically in discussions centred on teaching scenarios, drawing on their own teaching experiences to spark lively debates, and generated many fresh teaching ideas through hands-on practice.

　　Upholding the fundamentals of teaching and fostering critical thinking. Taking our school-based summer professional development programme as an opportunity, our school is encouraging teachers to refine their classroom practice and evolve their educational philosophies, thereby fostering the simultaneous development of traditional teaching skills and digital teaching capabilities, and building the capacity to create high-quality, international-standard lessons.
