　　From dynamic stretching to tactical drills, the entire volleyball session was conducted in English. Throughout the technical instruction phase, specialized terminology such as "forearm pass," "overhead pass," and "spike" was consistently used.

　　实战对抗中，学生需用英文完成即时战术沟通——“Mine!”“Cover the block!”“Free ball!”——语言不再是课堂上的背诵对象，而是赛场上的本能反应。 课堂采用“讲解—示范—实战”三阶递进模式，让学生在理解规则、观察示范、亲身体验的闭环中，完成从语言输入到即时输出的自然过渡。

　　During match play, students made real‑time tactical calls in English—"Mine!" "Cover the block!" "Free ball!"—turning language from rote learning into an instinctive response on court. The class followed a three‑stage model—explanation, demonstration, and practice—guiding students through rules, observation, and hands‑on play, enabling a smooth transition from language input to real‑time output.

　　This class was led by Mr. Tan, who combines professional physical education expertise with seamless trilingual teaching ability in Chinese, English, and Spanish, as well as solid experience in sports interpretation. This allowed the PE class to be not just a physical workout, but a genuine communication exercise in a multilingual environment.
