孩子入园前准备 Preparing Your Child for Kindergarten
一、入园前体检
1体检时间、地址：入园前（保健老师会通知您）。
2体检人员：全部入园新生。
3体检方式：家长自行带领幼儿前去体检。
4体检后，凭体检证入园。
二、入园需交资料：
（一）本市及非本市户籍：
1户口本复印件（三页：户主页、幼儿页、父母页）。
2父母身份证复印件。
3出生证。
4预防接种卡。
5入园体检卡。
（二）外国籍 For Foreign Children：
1、 父母及幼儿护照复印件 Copies of child’s and parents’ passports
2、 现居住地证明 Registration Form of Temporary Residence
3、 出生证 Birth certificate
4、 疫苗接种证明 Vaccination record
5、 入园体检卡 Health check report
三、其他 Others
1、备室内软底鞋一双，便于孩子在市内进行活动
Please prepare a pair of indoor shoes for your child.
2、为了幼儿的安全，我园为孩子制作接送卡，请平日经常接送孩子的2位家长，各带一张自己的报名照（2寸彩色）。
Please provide photo copies of parents or ayi who often picks the child up. We will use the photos to make pick-up cards.
3、需要预备枕头、床垫及各季节被褥。（学校可以代为购买，400元/套）
Please prepare beddings for your child or purchase them from the kindergarten (400 Yuan/Set).
4、预备替换的内衣一套，托班预备日常使用的尿片、湿巾纸。
Please prepare a set of underwear in your child’s backpack.
5、避免刚来园焦虑分离症，可以给宝贝带一件熟悉的物品或玩具，给予安抚情绪（情绪稳定后不用再带来）。
To ease child’s separation anxiety, you could prepare a familiar toy or item for your child.
